1. General Terms

1.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1.3 All transactions are subject to our approval, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Products & Orders

2.1 All jewellery descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our ability. However, slight variations may occur.
2.2 Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
2.3 We reserve the right to change prices and discontinue products without prior notice.
2.4 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or reject at our discretion.
2.5 Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

3. Payment

3.1 We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
3.2 Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
3.3 In case of payment issues, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 We offer delivery within the UK. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
4.2 Delays due to customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.
4.3 Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the order is delivered.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in original packaging. We regret that we cannot accept returns on earrings for hygene reasons
5.2 Custom or personalised jewellery is non-returnable unless faulty.
5.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
5.4 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

6. Warranty & Repairs

6.1 Our jewellery is covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
6.2 Damage from misuse, wear and tear, or accidental breakage is not covered under warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the Website, including images, logos, and text, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our permission.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

8.1 We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Website.
